The apartment was super bright, clean, and had stunning views of the pool. The kids loved the pools too—perfect for some family fun. It's nice and peaceful since it’s a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to shops and walking trails.
Not everything was smooth sailing. We had some noise issues from the park, especially at night, which made it hard to sleep with the sliding door open. the reception staff could have been a bit friendlier during check-in and check-out. a great stay but could use a few tweaks!

the apartment was modern and impeccably clean, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. I appreciated the separate bedroom with a queen bed, and though I didn't use the pools or tennis courts, they appeared to be inviting. the location was ideal, just a short stroll from the main shops along the esplanade.
The bed was too hard 😕, and some amenities need maintenance.

Everything was really good, I liked my stay. They offered air-conditioned and beautifully maintained rooms with 2 single beds a month before going, a good view over the water plus the bedroom. The staff was top-class, caring, and responded promptly to requests. The location was magnificent and comfortable, close to a boat dock. An in-house restaurant was very nice for breakfast...
Hard to think of anything.

Had a great city break here! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to local shops and cafés, plus the beach is right there. The room was spacious and well-furnished, which made relaxing easy. I particularly enjoyed lounging on the large roof terrace with great views when the weather was nice. The friendly bar staff definitely added to the positive vibe!
. The internet was unreliable, which made staying connected tricky. some cutlery in the kitchen wasn't fully clean and the dishwasher was out of order, so washing dishes by hand became a bit of a chore. Lastly, parking could be a hassle if you returned late in the evening since it’s first come, first served.

I would recomand it to others specially for short stay. This is a rustic fairly clean hotel providing reasonably large rooms. The location is favourable, not too far away from Griffiths Sea Shell Museum.

we had a pleasant stay at the esplanade, which was well-located for easy access to shops and dining. our two-bedroom apartment was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. the indoor and outdoor pool facilities were definitely a highlight, and the friendly staff made our experience even better. we enjoyed the bonus of free parking and appreciated the poolside drink service during happy hour. overall, it was a good choice for our family getaway.
No complaints! 😊.

Visiting Lakes Entrance for the first time. Went to the Buchan Caves.
It's doesn't seem to know what the target market is. Mix up with couples, families, wedding and all.

The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and really helpful throughout our visit.
The morning meal could use a better variety of options.

The Hotel Rooms (dont know about the apartments) are tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, spotless bathrooms and all the electrical essentials for a comfortable stay.
Room Service from the one hotel - very pricey and the fact you get your meals in paper cartons was a huge turn off. We ordered a dozen oysters and asked for half natural half kilpatrick - the restaurant charged us an additional 33% for this request. Room Service and one Restaurant are a no go zone!

The place was beautiful and had top-class staff in assisting. Always generous-sized rooms with 4 bedrooms. - the hotel was in a perfectly comfortable location next to cafes, eateries, bar, restaurant, and shopping strip. - 2 km away from Jemmys Point Lookout.

Service is excellent. Basically, they answered all my request. The only disappointment is that the hotel room is a bit small and too close to the other room (room a and room b are too closed).

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was immaculately clean and well appointed. The bed was comfy and kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. The Resort is well positioned on the esplanade opposite the sea and is within easy walking distance to the main shopping strip. We would certainly reccommend staying here.
The breakfast was a disappointment - the bain maries were all empty when we arrived (8.30am) and were slow to be refilled. We also had dinner in their restaurant on the Saturday night and the experience was also not good. The oysters were so tiny....we'd never seen anything so small - and very overpriced. When I mentioned this to the staff (twice) they really didn't care and we left feeling ripped off by the experience. Also the noise was so loud that maybe the acoustics need to be looked at. The restaurant opposite (we went on Friday night) was great so we recommend eating there.
